Vincent is currently pursuing a double master’s degree in public policy at Sciences Po Paris and Hertie School in Berlin. His research interests include security and defence policy, European politics, and the regulation of emerging technologies. Vincent was a part of the first cohort of students ever to graduate with a BSc. in Global Studies from Maastricht University (cum laude). He has professional experience in consulting projects and field research in Cyprus.
