Merlin de Joannis de Verclos

Merlin is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Philosophy. He has completed an internship at the French Senate and gained experience in local-level river cooperation projects. His research focuses on the philosophy of war, particularly the spatiality of warfare under the influence of military technologies. He engages with Clausewitz and is currently working on urban warfare and its political and spatial transformations.
