Miruna Chelaru

Miruna is a data-focused strategist with experience in risk analysis at NATO and operational planning in the private sector. Currently Chief of Staff at a scale-up, they are pursuing the Human Decision Science pre-master at Maastricht University to deepen their understanding of decision-making. Their goal is to combine analytical rigor with behavioral insight in future roles across policy or intelligence.
