Rory O’Connor is a Rotary Global Grant Scholar pursuing a Masters degree at the University of Edinburgh studying Conflict, Security, and Development. Rory’s research focuses on Eurasian development and inter-region interconnectivity, particularly related to the relationship between Europe, Northeast Asia, and Southeast Asia.
