Alice Fedele is a third-year Law student at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome and a graduate in Comparative, European and International Legal Studies from the University of Trento. Her research interests include corporate governance, business and company law, taxation and EU financial regulation. She is a member of EPIS ThinkTank's International Finance, Banking and FinTech Law Working Group.
