Gregory is the Executive Director of Venator Defence & Strategy Ltd, a UK-based defence research and consultancy company. A former soldier of the Polish Armed Forces and licensed private investigator, he is also a member of the Royal United Services Institute Next Gen Initiative, and an Advisor to one of the EuroDefense Network Chapters and the Canada-based Organisation for Threat Assessment and Peacebuilding.
