Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Groningen and a Master’s degree in Public International Law from Leiden University. He previously worked at the Permanent Mission of Romania to the United Nations in New York (twice), where he covered the Sixth Committee and a range of international legal and political issues. He currently works at the European Law Institute in Vienna, Austria.
