I am Lucía Almendros Zaragozá, a final year Bachelor's student in Political Science at the University of Salamanca, with a particular interest in International Relations and human rights. My academic path has been complemented by a Political Certificate at Sciences Po Lille, broadening my perspective on European and international affairs. My daily life is shaped not only by my studies, but by a deep commitment to human rights advocacy. I am actively engaged at Amnesty International as a Human Rights Activist, organizing campaigns for women's rights and developing my communication skills through press articles. I also contribute to International Relations research as a Fellow at EPIS Think Tank, and take part in EU youth projects with EuropaDirect, which has deepened my understanding of European politics and policy-making. Looking ahead, I aspire to work as a public policy officer in the field of human rights advocacy, contributing to the defense of the dignified life that everyone deserves.
