Mariaflora, recently graduated MA student in IR, focuses on geopolitics, conflict and peace studies. She believes that peace and war are interrelated and must be analysed together. Using a multilevel, wider lens to view global phenomena, her MA thesis studied the impact of UN peace operations on post-conflict regimes. Her goal is to make a positive contribution to research in peace and conflict studies, to better understand and explain the features of today's world to shape a better future.
