Martín Costa Rueda is pursuing a Double Degree in Political Science and Sociology at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is currently an exchange student at the University of Zurich. His research interests focus on European governance, democratic resilience, fundamental rights and AI governance, particularly the political and institutional challenges posed by emerging technologies. He has contributed to policy-oriented writing through PRISMA UC3M and foraus.
