Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays

As a

Food & Beverage Management Intern

, you will gain valuable leadership and operational experience within a luxury hotel environment. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, you will learn how to oversee multiple outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences. During your internship, you will:

Support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service outlets.

Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Contribute to staff guidance, training, and motivation on the floor.

Support the planning, organisation, and administration of various Food & Beverage operations.

Assist with projects and operational initiatives led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.

Gain exposure to cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.

Help handle guest feedback and service recovery while maintaining our high service standards.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Develop a strong understanding of hospitality operations, leadership, and commercial decision-making.
