Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures independently after your training period.

Handle reservations, guest requests, and administrative Front Office tasks.

Provide tailored recommendations and local insights to international travellers.

Develop skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.

Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Contribute to an atmosphere where every guest feels genuinely cared for.
