Rimsha Arif

Rimsha Arif is a development economist based in the Netherlands. She holds an MSc in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences and has worked with The World Bank and Oxford Policy Management on energy, governance, climate finance, and policy evaluation. Originally from Pakistan, she brings a South Asian perspective to European policy debates. Her interests lie in how economic policy and institutional capacity shape Europe's changing position in the global economy.
